Oskanian-Mammadyarov meeting are going on, RA MFA Acting Spokesman
Vladimir Karapetian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. In his words, the
ministerial meeting may be held late February or early March. Earlier,
Yuri Merzlyakov, the Russian Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group on the
Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, furnished similar information.
