CONCERTS COMPOSED OF ARAM KHACHATURIAN’S SPARTAK BALLET’S SUITES TAKE PLACE IN ROMANIA

Philharmonic Orchestra’s concerts conducted by conductor Radu Popa
took place on March 29-30 in Bucharest’s Ateneul Roman central concert
hall on the initiative of Embassy of Armenia in Romania and Armenian
Philharmonic Orchestra. The program included Aram Khachaturian’s
Spartak ballet’s suites.
Before this, on March 9, conductor Radu Popa with a similar program
conducted the concert of Philharmonic Orchestra of town of Timisoara
situated in the west of Romania.
As Noyan Tapan was informed from RA Foreign Ministry Press and
Information Department, further cultural cooperation programs
implemented by RA Embassy include new concerts with performance of
Aram Khachaturian’s works to be held in June and September in Romania.
