GOVERNMENT AWARDS YOUNG SPECIALISTS WITH PRIZES

On Friday, in the course of the Council for Youth Affairs at RA
Government, the primary directions, arrangements and programs aimed
at conducting effective youth policy were presented. Besides, the new
projects were defined for the next year. By the end of the sitting,
RA Prime Minister Andranik Margarian awarded the leaders and the
representatives of some youth organizations with letters of gratitude.
The nominees for the prizes included A. Avagian, chairman of the
student’s council of the Yerevan State University, K. Grigorian, member
of Union of the graduate students of the Yerevan State University, S.
Mertarjian, member of the board of RA National Council for Youth
Affairs, L. Nalchadian, coordinator of Program of Youth Clubs
Federation, A. Shakarian, coordinator of the Program of the School
for Young Leaders, and T. Minasian, coordinator of "The Generation
of Independence" youth program (journalist of "Azg" Daily newspaper).
