ARMENIAN HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST URGES JOURNALISTS, POLICEMEN TO MEET MP AT AIRPORT

Zaruhi Postanjyan, a Heritage parliamentary group member, is to return
from to Yerevan from Paris on October 5 evening.
Head of the Helsinki Citizens Assembly Vanadzor office Artur Sakunts
left a message on his Facebook page wherein he offers mass media to
provide coverage of her arrival in Yerevan.
He also calls on Armenia’s police to ensure the security of the MP
and her relatives and friends at the airport.
“Police are politically neutral and are supposed to property perform
their duties,” Sakunts wrote.
