The officers of the Davtashen community police department, while conducting a tour of their service area, noticed a car near the Davtashen cemetery, the driver of which was behaving suspiciously. When the police approached, the driver threw a cardboard box from the car. This was reported by the police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of illegal possession and sale of drugs and was taken to the department along with the “Kia” car.
The arrested man reported that in the discarded box were four packages with a total of 210 grams of methamphetamine, which he purchased for $400 through the Telegram channel in order to install them, photograph the installation area, and transfer the coordinates to the user.
Criminal proceedings were initiated in the investigation department of Ajapnyak and Davtashen regions.
A public criminal prosecution was initiated against the man.
