Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan stated
today that “we have never hesitated about the deep political and
economic integration with the European Union”.
The Prime Minister stated this in Bucharest speaking at the extended
session of the Bureau of the European People’s Party.
“The European Union plays a serious role in maintaining peace
and stability in the Southern Caucasus. It has rich experience and
resources in the sphere of promotion of reforms in our countries. The
goal of the Eastern Partnership is to facilitate large-scale reforms
in all the spheres of our lives. The EU, based on the dialogue,
cooperation and compromises, has a clear position in maintaining
analogous constructive model in our region”, the Armenian Prime
Minister said.
