On May 1 Ahmet Davutoglu the Turkish foreign minister Ahmet Davutoglu
has delivered a keynote lecture which had the theme "Turkey’s foreign
policy in a changing world" at an international conference at the
University of Oxford in Britain

Delivering the keynote lecture at the conference which had the
theme ‘Turkey’s foreign policy in a changing world’, According to
, Davutoglu said that Ankara wanted to open the border
with Armenia and reiterated that the Armenian-Azerbaijani dispute
must be settled for stability in the region. Turkey also wants the
Armenian-Azerbaijani border to be opened.
