BRIYZA IS USED TO THE TRANSCAUCASIAN DIPLOMACY

The political scientist, independent expert Sergey Shaqaryants
expressed his point of view about the statements done by the OSCE
Minsk Group American co-chair Matthew Bryza concerning the NKR
conflict settlement during the press conference, especially about the
Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents having reached an agreement over
the Madrid principles.
"Who can explain why since 2006 Matthew Bryza appears with such kinds
of statements. 3 years has passed and since that time none of his
statements has turn into a document", – said the speaker.
"Bryza never answers the questions directly, he always tries to
maneuver saying that he didn’t mean this or that. Matthew Bryza is a
person who has learnt to lead such kind of diplomacy in Transcaucasia,
he was sayig something to us and another thing to Azerbaijan, if
there would be a forth party he would tell them another thing", –
said S. Shaqaryants.
