YEREVAN, SPETEMBER 15, ARMENPRESS: On today’s decree of President
Serzh Sargsyan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan was relieved from the commitments
of RA permanent representative to the Council of Europe.
Presidential press service told Armenpress that with another decree of
the president, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has been appointed Deputy Foreign
Minister of Armenia.
