FRANCE REPLACES ITS KARABAKH MEDIATOR

Baku, 22 December: Bernard Fassier has replaced Henry Jacolin as a
new French co-chairman of the OSCE Minsk Group, the French embassy
in Baku has told Turan.
The embassy said Jacolin has stopped his work as a co-chairman in
connection with his retirement.
