ETCHMIADZIN,L DECEMBER 11, NOYAN TAPAN. Ralf Yirikian, the Director
General of the "K-Telecom" CJSC, has been decorated with the
"St. Gregory the Illuminator" order. He is highly appreciated for his
activities conducted in favour of his nation and his contribution to
