YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 13, NOYAN TAPAN. On November 12, at about 4:30 p.m.,
Valery Babayan, 45, came to the Yerevan city police department and
said that he killed the chairman of the Union of Armenian Hunters
Sayat Davtian on November 8, is reported on the official website of
the RA Police.
