The head of 'Henaket' analytical center Tigran Abrahamyan reacted to the comments by Deputy Speaker of Parliament, member of the ruling 'My Step' faction Lena Nazaryan, who had slammed expert opinions, suggesting to re-arm and prepare for the future victory. Nazaryan had named such approach as 'reactionary and dangerous.'
"These people have not realized that Turkey and Azerbaijan are not satisfied with what they have already achieved and they have openly stated about the future directions right after the war," Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook in response to Nazaryan's comment.
"These people do not understand that the war resumption does not depend only on us. They have not understood what the army is and what role servicemen, contract soldiers and officers have in it. These people have not only suffered a defeat but continue going through the path of defeats as they do not even dare to think about the victory or dream about it. What matters to them is not the motherland, the soil and water but their posts and well-being," Abrahamyan wrote.
In the expert's words, authorities destroy everything for saving their own skin, including the national dignity and the state institutions, the values, the spirit of the fighters, without even understanding that we are all on the same boat and all, will feel the consequences of the future blows.
