Iravunq: ARF-D negotiating return to government?

The opposition Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaksutyun (ARF-D)
is said to be negotiating its possible return to the coalition
government.

Citing its sources, the paper claims that the party will seek three
ministerial portfolios in case its efforts succeed. As for the
justification for the return, the paper says that the ARF-D is
committed to constitutional reforms where switchover to the
parliamentary government is thought to be a key demand.
