Armenia’s consul in Volgograd visits Armenian women injured in deadly blast

YEREVAN. – Armenia’s consul in Volgograd visited two Armenian women
injured in a deadly bombing at a railroad station.

`Consul Gagik Shahamiryan visited the girls and on behalf of the
embassy voiced readiness to provide possible assistance,’ spokesperson
for Armenian embassy in Russia Eduard Jambazyan told Armenian
News-NEWS.am.

Susanna Grigoryan is in the intensive care unit. The doctors say Nina
Harutyunyan is in average critical condition.

The blast occurred at 12:45pm, Moscow time. According to data, an
undetected explosive device, presumably by a female suicide bomber,
was used. Nina Harutyunyan (born in 1981) and Susanna Grigoryan (born
in 1978) are among the injured.
