Armenia’s National Assembly appears to be rapidly moving toward the
Customs Union.
Russian language courses will soon be organized for Armenian MPs.
Early this month, a Russian library and an Armenian-Russian friendship
club were opened in Armenia’s Parliament.
Interestingly, a few months ago, when Armenia was moving toward an
Association Agreement, Europe organized English language courses for
Armenian MPs. But the initiative remained on paper.
