NKR defense minister addresses congratulatory message

Chief Commander of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army,
Lieutenant-General Movses Hakobyan addressed a congratulatory message.
The message reads:
`Dear compatriots,
`Servicemen and veterans of the Artsakh liberation war,
`One more year of creative work and army construction is coming to its
end. Despite a tense geopolitical situation, it has been marked by
achievements that have consolidated our regional positions and created
conditions for our further victories over the enemy in case of war.
During the passing year the Defense Army’s efficiency has been
enhanced. Large-scale work to improve discipline and battle readiness
has been carried out. It is noteworthy that this year began with
preparations for and an excellent review of a military parade and
ended with one more large-scale event, a large-scale military exercise
of offensive forces. With all responsibility we can state that the
Defense Army has successfully accomplished its tasks and ensured the
security of our state and people.’
On behalf of the NKR Defense Army command, Minister Movses Hakobyan
congratulates the NKR Defense Army staff, war veterans, relatives of
killed and missing freedom fighters on the New Year and Christmas.
