TURKS JAILED OVER ANTI-ARMENIAN POSTERS RELEASED

An Istanbul court has ruled to release six men convicted over holding
up anti-Armenian posters earlier this year.

According to Sondakika.com, the men, who were sentenced for five
months, have been set free on bail. They have been required to pay
a fine of 3,000 Turkish Liras.

The court had earlier ruled to declared six of the 10 defendants
guilty under Article 216 of the Turkish Criminal Code (Provoking
people to be rancorous and hostile actions)
