ARMENIAN GENOCIDE 100TH ANNIVERSARY COORDINATION COMMITTEE OF BRAZIL HOLDS SESSION

YEREVAN. – Session of the Armenian Genocide 100th Anniversary Regional
Coordination Central Committee of Brazil was convened Monday, during
which its Board members were approved and the Committee’s challenges
and objectives were discussed.

The Board members includes virtually all of the Brazilian-Armenian
community’s main unions, the traditional political parties, heads
of spiritual institutions, Armenia’s Ambassador to Brazil, and the
Honorary Consul General in Sao Paulo, MFA press service informs.

Also, it was proposed to form an auxiliary committee which will be
made up of separate subcommittees.

The Central Committee’s next session is scheduled for the latter half
of November.
