YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS: Turkey obviously continues to
support its ”little brother” Azerbaijan in Nagorno Karabakh
conflict regulation process. As Armenpress reports citing 1news.az
Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister Ahmet Davutoglu’s speech in UN
General Assembly comprised official Ankara stance.

”We consider Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be settled within the
framework of Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity. There is no progress
in the issue for already 20 years” Turkish Minister stated in his
speech.

Ahmet Davutoghlu dwelled on topical Palestine, Syria and Cyprus
problems. “Muslims innocence” film and its negative feedback was also
touched upon by Turkish official.

Most states had a representative speaking about issues concerning
their country. This is as opportunity for the member states to opine
on international issues of their concern. The General Debate commenced
with the opening of the session on 25 September and is set to
continue until 1 October.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
