Artsakh President characterizes newly appointed FM as `experienced
career diplomat’

President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited today NKR Ministry
of Foreign Affairs and introduced newly appointed Minister Karen
Mirzoyan to the staff.
President Sahakyan characterized Karen Mirzoyan as an experienced
career diplomat.
According to the President, Karen Mirzoyan’s appointment will give a
new quality to the activities of the Foreign Ministry. Bako Sahakyan
thanked former Acting Minister Vassily Atajanyan for his work.
The parties also discussed issues related to the main directions of
the country’s foreign policy and organization of the ministry’s
activities, NKR Foreign Ministry reported.
