BAKU: Strong Fire Occurs In Azerbaijani Military Base

STRONG FIRE OCCURS IN AZERBAIJANI MILITARY BASE

A fire took place in a military base of the Azerbaijani State
Border Service in Gobustan settlement of Garadag district in Baku
this morning.

As law enforcement agencies told Trend, the fire hit ammunition depot
in the military base.

Fire engines and helicopters of Azerbaijani Emergency Situations
Ministry’s State Fire Control Service are involved to extinguish
the fire.

At the moment, operations are underway to extinguish the fire.

Three employees of the Emergency Situations Ministry were hospitalized,
the First Aid Medical Station told Trend. Two of them were hospitalized
with trauma diagnosis, while one of them – with smoke inhalation.
