MILITARY EXPERT: REASON OF AZERBAIJAN’S SUBVERSIVE ACTION IS VISIT BY TURKISH OFFICIALS TO BAKU

The reason of the subversive action by Azerbaijan is the visit by
Turkish high- ranking officials to Baku and not the visit by U.S.
Secretary of States Hillary Clinton like it is often mentioned in the
process and various experts. Artsrun Hovhannissyan, military expert,
told media on June 6.
The subversive groups firing at Armenian positions are mainly Turkish
officers and officers trained in Turkey, he said. In fact, the Karabakh
conflict is not between Armenia and Azerbaijan but between Armenia
and Turkey.
“That incident was unique as the Azerbaijani party has immediately
announced the deaths of its soldiers and the enemy suffered much
more losses than the Armenian party on June 4 near Chinary village,”
Hovhannisyan said.
The expert is sure that the sabotage aims to distract attention of the
world community from the domestic problems in Azerbaijan after recent
criticism by international organizations levered at Aliyev’s regime.
“The result of such subversive actions is death of soldiers, which
shows Azerbaijani authorities’ negligence to their army. As for
our army, heroes are not only those who fall victims to security
of our country but also those who every moment guard our borders,”
Hovhannisyan said.
