PUBLICATION ON THE DEMOCRATIC CONTROL OF THE ARMED FORCES IN ARMENIA TO BE PRESENTED

The volume entitled “Armenia and Democratic Control of the Armed
Forces: Analysis and Perspectives” will be presented to the public
on November 14.
The publication is a collection of analytical articles on the OSCE
Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security, its history,
Armenia’s and international experience in implementation of the Code.
The publication has been prepared by a group of experts from Drastamat
Kanayan Institute for National Strategic Studies under the Armenian
Ministry of Defense as well as from other institutions with the
support of the OSCE Office in Yerevan.
The event will bring together representatives from the Armenian Defense
Ministry, National Assembly, Ombudsman’s Office, Military Prosecutor’s
Office, civil society, students and international community.
