NEW PROPOSALS TO BE MADE IN KARABAKH SETTLEMENT- FRENCH MINISTER

New proposals to settle the Karabakh conflict will be proposed to
the parties, French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe has told the Russian
radio station Echo Moskvy.
“I hail the efforts made by Russia and its president,” Juppe said. “He
made lots of efforts in Sochi and Kazan. But regrettably no result
was seen. As I know new proposals will be made to reach an agreement.”
