Armenia~Rs former President Robert Kocharyan has been reelected
member of the Board of Directors of the Russian Joint-Stock Financial
Corporation Sistema, reports Mediamax news agency, quoting the press
service of the Russian conglomerate company.

Kocharyan was first elected independent Director of JSFC Sistema in
June 2009.

JSFC Sistema has its headquarters in Moscow, and operates a number
of consumer service businesses in the areas of IT and telecoms,
microelectronics, insurance, banking, house-building, retail, media,
oil businesses, etc..

Among JSFC Sistema~Rs Armenian assets are the K-Telecom mobile operator
(VivaCell-MTS brand), the WiMax operator Cornet AM, the ~SMars~T
factory and three scientific-research institutes.
