ANC THE ARDENT SUPPORTER OF NKR SELF-DETERMINATION

“The Armenian National Congress will remain the ardent supporter of
the NKR self-determination,” said the ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan
on the meeting with the journalists.
L. Zurabyan touching upon the meeting in Kazan mentioned that the
ANC position concerning the Karabakh issue will be conditioned with
two things.
“First is the text itself, which will or won’t be accepted there,” L.
Zurabyan mentioned.
He explained that there are dozens of politicians in Congress that
have the diplomatic techniques and understand that every word every
coma is of decisive importance for the assessment of the document.
L. Zurabyan mentioned that the second most important factor is reaction
of the NKR people and the authorities.
He also mentioned that whatever will be important for the NKR people
and the authorities can be important for the ANC.
L. Zurabyan added if the NKR people accept any version of conflict
settlement the ANC will support it, if it does not the ANC will
support it too.
