Elnur Aslanov Baku is ready for a dialogue despite the uneasy situation
in the South Caucasus, the presidential administration of Azerbaijan
says.

Azerbaijan is determined to hold a dialogue despite the difficulties
in the South Caucasus, said Elnur Aslanov, chief of the political
analysis and information department of the presidential administration
of Azerbaijan, in Moscow.

"Azerbaijan has a news agency and television in Armenian", he said
speaking at an international conference "Socioeconomic development of
the South Caucasus countries: problems and prospects". By this way,
we want the residents of Nagorno Karabakh and cities and regions
neighboring Azerbaijan to hear our position. Azerbaijan is ready for
a dialogue despite all complications in conditions of the established
situation in the South Caucasus".

The scientific and practical conference is held in Moscow under
steering support of the Strategic Research Center under the president
of Azerbaijan, history faculty of the Moscow State University,
Russian State Humanitarian University, Center of Actual Research
"Alternative" (Kazakhstan). The participants are discussing problems
of regional situation, perspective projects related to the scientific
and analytical cooperation between the expert communities of the
two countries.
