"If the Armenian – Turkish border opens, Turkey will become a player
too and then we will have to take also Turkey into consideration," said
Edward Apramyan, the leader of the New Conservatives National Movement.

He mentioned that the Armenian authorities connect the dependence
on Georgia and the Georgian-Armenians rights protection, with the
border issue. However, according to Apramyan during the opening of
the opening of the Armenian – Turkish border Turkey will speak as
actively as in case of Artsakh.

"After the opening of the Armenian – Turkish border we bring Turkey
to the region. If Turkey becomes a player in the region and we try
to solve any issue concerning Javakhq we will confront with Turkey,"
Apramyan said.

He thinks that the Armenian – Turkish border should be opened but in
curtain conditions.

"The state and the national interests can’t be separated from one
another. The state is a kind of gift given by the God which the people
should realize. What does it mean to separate the interests of the
nation and the state? The state is responsible for the part of the
nation which lives outside the state," added Apramyan at the end.
