Today on the meeting with the journalists the director of Vahan Teryan
cultural center Arushan Hakobyan presented the complex project of
the events on the occasion of 125th anniversary of Vahan Teryan.
A. Hakoban stressed that this year is announced the year of Vahan
Teryan, and a jubilee commission has been formed headed by the RA PM.
The speaker informed that on February 9 in Pantheon will be celebrated
Vahan Teryan’s birthday as usual. The "Teryan" events will be concluded
in the Opera and Ballet theatre after Aram Khachatryan.
"The Teryan loving and adoring society is invited",- A. Hakobyan
stressed.
As for publication of Teryan works during this year Arushan Hakobyan
mentioned that the encyclopedia of Vahan Teryan will come out.
"The encyclopedia will contain the biography, creative social and
political life of one of our favorite writers of the 20th century",
– Arushanyan mentioned.
