VivaCell-MTS’ headquarters hosted just another group of guests
interested in its activities. This time it was a group of school-aged
children from the "SOS" village.

That the secret of success in life is partially a matter of belief
in one’s aim was not news for children, who appeared in the "SOS"
village upon the fate’s decree. The VivaCell-MTS activities based on
respect, faith and a stable system of values, however, appeared to
be a perfect example of coincidence of words and deeds.

For the children who follow the activities of Armenia’s leading mobile
operator through mass media, the visit to the Company’s headquarters
was an opportunity to get convinced in the positive opinion about
the Company they had before. They also assessed the importance of
the model of civilized management.

How does VivaCell-MTS apply the model and how does it succeed in
overcoming the potential challenges? The schoolchildren got the answers
to these and lots of other questions from VivaCell-MTS General Manager
Ralph Yirikian.

"The relations in our Company between the employees and with the
subscribers are based on respect. That’s the secret of our success:
and it does not demand too much effort. One just needs to understand
and accept that this model of management dictates new approaches. If
each of us accepts these approaches and applies them in life, then,
be sure, success will be inevitable," underlined VivaCell-MTS General
Manager Ralph Yirikian.

The guests had a comprehensive tour into the history of invention of
the mobile communication, all through the most recent innovations in
the sphere. They particularly got acquainted with the services such
as the video calls, mobile TV, as well as the advantages of other
innovative services on the Armenian market.

In the end of the meeting the children presented the General Manager
of the Company with their artworks.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
