AZERBAIJAN HAS VIOLATED CEASEFIRE REGIME 2816 TIMES SINCE EARLY 2009

ArmInfo. Since the beginning of the year, Azerbaijan has violated
the ceasefire regime on the contact line of the Armenian and the NKR
Armed Forces 2816 times.
Armenian Defense Ministry told ArmInfo 75 ceasefire violations were
registered over the last week (July 27- August3, 2009), including 56
violations in the area of Karabakh, 11 in the area of Tavush region
and 8 in the area of Nakhijevan. Three Armenians (1 civilian) have
been killed and another 14 (1 civilian) have been wounded by the
fires from the Azerbaijani party since the beginning of the year.
Nearly 3.5 thousand violations of ceasefire regime by the Azerbaijani
armed forces were registered in 2008, 1.5 thousand cases in 2007 and
nearly 600 in 2006.
