AZERBAIJAN EMBASSY TO CANADA ARRANGES RECEPTION FOR MASS MEDIA

The Embassy of Azerbaijan to Canada organized a reception for the
local and foreign mass media. The event was held at the National
Press Center and brought together journalists from leading Canadian
periodical publications like The Globe and Mail, The Hill Times,
The Toronto Star as well as the members of the Azerbaijan-Canada
Friendship Society.

Prof. Thomas Goltz, an American journalist and an acute observer of
the Caucasian region, who has delivered a speech at the reception,
shared his impressions of the visit to the South Caucasus in mid
nineties. Touching upon the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia
over Nagorno Karabakh, he shared his visions on Khojaly tragedy and
answered questions from attendees.
