PAINTER MINAS’ EXHIBITION IN ARMENIA, FLORENCE, MOSCOW…

On 23 October, in the National Gallery a jubilee exhibition of
famous painter Minas Avetisyan will be conducted devoted to the 80
anniversary of the painter, said Sona Harutyunyan the consulter of
the Minister of Culture. S. Avetisyan assured that the idea and the
initiative to organize such an exhibition belongs to the son of the
painter Narek Avetisyan.
The director of the painter’s museum, Arman Avetisyan, another son
of the painter said that a catalogue is to be published in the frames
of the jubilee.
S. Harutyunyan said that in the spring of 2009 an exhibition is
planned to be conducted in Florence, and later in Moscow.
