"They came and repaired the roof, we did not even appeal to the board.
We did not know it would be so quick," said a woman who lives in one
of the blocks on Hekimyan Street in Stepanakert.
10 days past the hurricane most roofs of blocks of apartments have
been repaired. Some roofs were completely damaged, others were
partly damaged.
The builders have already covered most houses which were exposed to
rain. A number of builders have arrived from Armenia. Materials are
provided for free. Quality of work is good.
