Yerevan /Mediamax/. The team of the Ex-President Levon Ter-Petrosian
is planning to turn to the Constitutional Court (CC) of Armenia with
the request to cancel the results of elections and nullify them.

Mediamax reports that the spokesman of the pre-election staff of the
presidential candidate Arman Musinian said this in Yerevan today.

According to him, the supporters of the former President of the country
plan to exhaust all the legal methods for nullifying the elections,
after which the struggle "will pass into the political field".

Arman Musinian stated that Levon Ter-Petrosian’s team has a "large
number" of documents, which evidence that the elections proceeded
"with unprecedented violations and falsification".

According to Musinian, the protest action at the Freedom Square
in the center of Yerevan will continue, until justice triumphs,
including in the process of consideration of the case in the CC,
which, according to him, may last for a month.

"Despite the great pressure, we did not lose determination, and we
will continue the struggle exclusively within the framework of law
and will not give the authorities grounds for provocations", Arman
Musinian stated.

At that he ruled out a dialogue with the authorities, noting that
"there is not topic for such a dialogue".

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
