ZHARANGUTIUN PARTY CONDEMNS ACT OF VIOLENCE TOWARDS CHRIST GASPARIAN

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 13, NOYAN TAPAN. The Zharangutiun (Heritage) party
condemned the act of violence committed towards Christ Gasparian and
expressed support to him. The party’s February 13 statement mentioned
that the incident has a political implication: Christ Gasparian is
the son of prematurely deceased Chairman of the Democratic Way party,
Manuk Gasparian and his brother is the head of L. Ter-Petrosian’s
preelection headquarters of Kanaker-Zeytun.
"The party calls those committing the act of violence and forces
supporting them to give up this disgraceful policy and to go forward
by an honorable way," the Zharangutiun’s statement read.
