NAME OF ARMENIAN-CAPTURED AZERBAIJANI CIVILIAN PUBLICIZED

Azerbaijan State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing
Persons made official statement on Azerbaijani civilian who was
captured by Armenians last week, APA reports.

2nd Shikhli village of Gazakh region, 33-year old Binnatov Masim Elkhan
was captured by Armenian servicemen under uncertain circumstances
on November 5. International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)
Representation in Azerbaijan confirmed the fact. ICRC representatives
visited Masim Binnatov in Armenia on November 9.

"His health and detention condition is normal. State Commission
carries out proper investigations on the fact, necessary measures
are being taken for releasing Masim Binnatov. State Commission will
inform society about reports on the civil captive," information says.
