Text of unattributed report by Armenian newspaper Haykakan Zhamanak on
27 March headlined "Only Seyran"
It has become known from a trustworthy source that after [Defence
Minister] Serzh Sargsyan is appointed to the post of prime minister,
NKR [Nagornyy Karabakh republic] defence minister Seyran Ohanyan is
considered to be the most possible candidate to the post of Armenian
defence minister. Certainly, this development of events can find room
in the logic of the domestic political life.
