ON JANUARY 16, NKR TRANSFERS ONE MORE AZERBAIJANI SERVICEMAN TO AZERBAIJANI SIDE

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 16, NOYAN TAPAN. On January 16, an Azerbaijani
serviceman was handed over to the Azerbaijani authorities under the
auspices of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) on the
front line of Aghdam region. According to ICRC report, ICRC acting
as a neutral intermediary and in accordance with its mandate assisted
the transfer of the released serviceman.

It was mentioned that since 1992, from the start of its activity
connected with the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, ICRC has helped
repatriation or transfer of 661 persons.
