COCHAIRMEN OF OSCE MINSK GROUP ARE TO MEET WITH FOREIGN MINISTER OF
ARMENIA TILL MIDDLE OF MAY
YEREVAN, MAY 3. ARMINFO. The cochairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group are
to meet with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vardan Oskanian
till the middle of May. Cochairman of OSCE Minsk Group for settlement
of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict Yuri Merzlyakov told ARMINFO.
According to him, there are no concrete data on the place and date.
Answering the question, may the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan
meet in Moscow within the framework of the celebration of the 60th
anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Yuri Merzlyakov
said, the cochairmen are not getting ready for it. As it was earlier
informed President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev refused to take part
in informal summit of CIS on May 8, and will arrive in Moscow later
in the evening. “I do not rule out that a brief talk will take place
between holiday arrangements, but it will be without the participation
of the cochairmen”, the Russian cochairman said.
