H.T., then with the expectation of acting as a bona fide buyer, they bought the said property from the latter for 75 million AMD, registering it in the name of A.K.

For abusing official authority, aiding it, laundering large amounts of money by the group and aiding them, criminal prosecution was initiated against the above-mentioned 7 persons under the relevant articles of the RA Criminal Code.
