LETTRE OUVERTE A HILLARY CLINTON

USA – Conseil Armenien d’Amerique

9 septembre 2011

L’Honorable Hilary Rodham Clinton

Departement d’Etat

2201 C Street, NW

Washington, DC 20520

devons exprimer notre profonde indignation.

Salutations,

Sevak Khatchadorian

Administrateur

Conseil Armenien d’Amerique

Kay Mouradian’s ‘A Gift in the Sunlight’ is featured on Pasadena
Daily Photo today.

As a child growing up in Boston, South Pas resident Kay Mouradian
wasn’t very interested in her mother’s stories about living in Turkey
during World War I.

It wasn’t until many years later that she became horrifically
enthralled with the cruelty inflicted on the Turkish Armenians during
that time.

Mouradian shares her story today with Pasadena Daily Photo (hosted
by Petrea Burchard).

“I AM MY MOTHER~RS VOICE and her story is being made into a
documentary…an Armenian Ann Frank story!” she writes.

In addition to the film, Mouradian put her story into words with
A Gift in the Sunlight. The novel is now in its second edition and
can be purchased through Amazon, Vromans and her website, A Gift in

BAKU: Azerbaijan Denies Armenian Media Information About Drone

AZERBAIJAN DENIES ARMENIAN MEDIA INFORMATION ABOUT DRONE

Trend

Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan denies Armenian media information about a drone having
been shot down in the occupied territory of Nagorno-Karabakh , the
Karabakh military prosecutor’s office told Trend.

Earlier, Armenian media spread the information about the Azerbaijani
shot down unmanned aerial vehicle.

The conflict between the two South Caucasus countries began in 1988
when Armenia made territorial claims against Azerbaijan. Armenian
armed forces have occupied 20 percent of Azerbaijan since 1992,
including the Nagorno-Karabakh region and seven surrounding districts.

Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a ceasefire agreement in 1994. The
co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group – Russia, France, and the U.S. –
are currently holding peace negotiations.

Armenia has not yet implemented the U.N. Security Council’s four
resolutions on the liberation of Nagorno-Karabakh and its surrounding
regions.

BAKU: Azerbaijan Intends To Restore Historical Names Of Armenia-Occu

AZERBAIJAN INTENDS TO RESTORE HISTORICAL NAMES OF ARMENIA-OCCUPIED CITIES AND REGIONS OF GARABAGH ON GOOGLE MAPS

Azerbaijan Business Center
Sept 14 2011

Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Restoration of names of occupied Azerbaijani
regions depends on the Azerbaijani users of Google Maps.

Delta Telecom’s general director Ramazan Veliyev informs that the
border of Azerbaijan on the map of Google Maps is not broken – just
the names of the occupied cities and regions of Nagorno Garabagh have
been changed.

“It happened because of the lack of full-scale digital map of
Azerbaijan by the time of creation of Google Maps, and in this
connection the e-map of Azerbaijan is represented on this resource in
an open form that allows Internet users registered in Google Maps to
make changes in the map, in particular in names of cities and regions
of the country and the Armenians took advantage of that. Currently,
on our part work is underway in this direction, and the more Azeris
will be registered on the website and propose the issue of renaming
of names of cities and regions of Nagorno Garabagh and vote for their
change, the faster this problem will be solved,” he emphasized.

Veliyev says that Turkey, Abkhazia and other countries observing
conflict on the basis of territorial integrity are currently
experiencing a similar problem.

The garbled names of Armenia-occupied cities and regions of Azerbaijan
have been revealed in the map of Google Maps in 2010, and in this
connection the Ministry of Communications & Information Technology of
Azerbaijan applied officially to the International Telecommunication
Union and management of search system Google.
