YEREVAN, AUGUST 28, NOYAN TAPAN. The delagation headed by Mikayel
Haroutiunian, the RA Minister of Defence, will leave for Moscow on
an official visit for the purpose of discussing a number of issues
concerning the Armenian-Russian military cooperation. This information
