THREE KILLED IN SHOOTING IN ARMENIAN CAPITAL

9 July: Three Yerevan residents – Artavazd Vardanyan, Vardan Melikyan,
and Grigor Stepanyan – were killed by an unknown person in a shooting
in Yerevan’s Silikyan cemetery on 7 July.

Vardanyan and Melikyan died on the spot, while Stepanyan at
the Malatia-Sebastia medical centre, the press secretary of
the Prosecutor-General’s Office, Sona Truzyan, told our Arminfo
correspondent.
