"We do not ask anything from someone who does not have," Gagik
Melikyan, secretary of Armenian Republican Party (HHK) block, said
addressing to Gurgen Arsenyan, leader of United Working Party (MAK)
which is part of the governing coalition.
Arsenyan earlier said they are ready to give away the power they
gain those who will want it referring to an American saying, "Give
to people what they want."
