“A number of persons, including the head of the State Property Management Department and other former high-ranking officials, were arrested on charges of committing criminal acts under various articles of the RA Criminal Code within the framework of the criminal proceedings under investigation by the Anti-Corruption Committee. In the interests of the preliminary investigation, we cannot provide other information,” said Marina Ohanjanyan, spokesperson of the Anti-Corruption Committee.
It should be noted that today, April 8, is the birthday of Arman Sahakyan’s father, Galust Sahakyan, the former Speaker of the National Assembly.
