The geographical coordinates of the epicenter were northern latitude 40.15⁰ and eastern longitude 45.04⁰. The quake was recorded 23 km northwest of Martuni town. The epicenter of the earthquake was on the depth of 10 kilometers.The magnitude of the earthquake in the epicenter was 4-5 points.
