YEREVAN, April 8. /ARKA/. Vilen Khachatryan, an economist, commenting
on the three pilot projects implying consolidation of communities
in Armenia’s Lori, Syunik and Tavush provinces, said consolidation
of communities in Armenia will not solve their problems, but will
create new woes instead.
