The Armenian Samvel Garabedian, the owner of the group “Tashir”
according to the monthly Forbes occupies 2nd place “Russian Princes
property.” In the list of 30 richest investors or owner in real estate
in Russia whose incomes range from 520 million to 1.4 billion. Samvel
Garabedian received over a billion dollars in receipts in its property
shares. The group “Tashir” have 19 complexes or shopping centers with
chain “Rio” and the Novotel Moscow City.In first place we find Zarah
Iliev and God Nisanov, the owners of the company “instead of Kiev”
which also feature the mall “Food City” in Moscow, the Moscow Hotel
Radison Royal and the commercial and leisure complex “European” . The
third place is occupied by the family of Ingvar Hambard group owner
“Ikea Mos”.
